Please tell us what operating system your computer is running. If your control your machine using an iOS device and are having connection issues, please tell us the operating system of the machine that you used to set up the connection originally.

On all 2014/2015 Machines your serial number is located on the bottom right of the front of the machine, right under the Series 1 logo.
